How to learn it

Learned from the Tome: Firebolt (tier 1). Tomes drop from monsters of level 1+ (2% base chance per kill, ×3 for ranged casters, bosses always drop one) and are sold by tome vendors (tier 1 tomes: 60 gold base value). Starter spells need no tome.
