Scroll of Edge-Waking
Consumable
Adds (or rerolls) a Weapon Damage affix on a non-unique weapon. (Enchanting was removed in v1.0.31 — this scroll does nothing.)
The ink is ground iron. Read it aloud to the blade, slowly.
